Terms Of Service (TOS)
Artist Rights:
• Please be respectful to me as an artist, as I have personal projects and my own life as well. Persistently rushing me is grounds to cancel your commission.• I am able to decline commission requests if they make me uncomfortable or for any other reasons I may state.• I retain the copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed.• I retain the right to post my work to social media and for future commission examples.• Full payments must be made before the sketch has been sent.• I will only accept payments through PayPal and Crypto(USDT)• You cannot ask me for a refund if I've already started on your commission, Refunds can be issued if something occurs on my end unless the reason gives.
Client Rights:
• Any additional changes to the finished piece you want after the first 3 changes you ask for will come with extra charges.• You may use the artwork for
personal use.• You may repost the artwork with proper credit.• You may use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc.• You may not claim the artwork as your own.• You may not remove my signature (if present).• Commercial use is only permitted after purchasing commercial rights.
